Our Mergers & Acquisitions team provides:

independent strategic corporate finance advice to publicly quoted and privately owned companies and private equity investors for transactions in the £10 to £500 million range.

Services include buy and sell-side assignments as well as arranging funding for buy-outs and buy-ins. On sell-side transactions, our role includes identification of appropriate buyers, due diligence, preparation and dissemination of company information, advice on valuation and negotiation, in addition to orchestration of other advisers such as legal, accounting, tax and others.

On buy-side transactions, we identify acquisition opportunities, make approaches, conduct due diligence and advise on negotiation as well as orchestration of other advisers.

Our geographic reach stretches across Europe and, increasingly, into the emerging markets. Our core team includes experienced M&A professionals, drawn from such institutions as JP Morgan Chase, with experience in local and cross-border transactions globally. While our team has successfully completed transactions in a variety of industries, including retail, TMT, shipping and utilities, we have particular expertise in the construction sector.
